Which college in Colorado has the best business school and strong reputation?
I am looking to major in Finance in college so I would like to attend a school that has a strong business program. I live in Colorado therefore I would like to stay within the state to receive in state tuition. What I mean by strong reputation is, which school of business will employers be more attracted to? Also if anyone knows, which school has the highest employment rate of business grads right after graduation? I will take all answers. Opinions and experiences are welcome too! Thanks!

Answer 1 :
If you want in state tuition I would go with the University of Colorado Boulder business school. If you want private I would go with the U of Denver. Both have really good business programs
Answer 2 :
University of Denver: Thought of as the most prestigious school in Colorado, but it comes at a major cost. Unless you have a lot of money to dish out on school and/or have a good amount of scholarship opportunities, you may regret going there because of the serious cost. CU Denver and Boulder: Always a strong choice for business. CSU: For business I would rather go to CU. CSU is a great school and is strong in many areas but for business CU is a better choice. Metropolitan State College: For the money, the best choice. A good while ago it use to be a community college, but it has grown significantly. It is now becoming a university and the name is changing next year to Denver State University. Like every school it is expensive, but out of all the choices I am saying it is probably the least expensive. UNC: It has been highly rated. The location of the school makes people either love it or hate it. Adams State: I know people who went here and it seems to be a good choice also for business. Like UNC it is pretty rural and that deters a lot of people.

I am looking at studying computer science in college and was just about to begin the application process. What college in Colorado do you think has the best computer science program and why? I know CU at Boulder is great but I visited it and it doesn't seem right for me, what other schools in Colorado are there?

Well some that I know of would be: Colorado School Of Mines in Golden: I'm not sure how great their computer science program may be, but Mines is a very good school, and it might give you a chance to expand your opportunities. Plus Golden is a nice small homey town, not to big. Colorado State University in Fort Collins: Seems to have a pretty large computer program, and this college is in a nice neighborhood too, Fort Collins is a good place to live. University of Colorado in Colorado Springs: From what I can tell, University of Colorado seem's to have quite a nice Computer Science program.I don't know all that much about Colorado Springs, but I'm sure it's quite a nice place.
