Is Colorado College hard to get into

Is Colorado College hard to get into?
Someone who didn't do that great in high school, probably about a 3.0 gpa, and went to community college for a year and did very well? Also, well rounded in high school, did track and excelled in theater. Very highly regarded public school.

I haven't heard very much good about it but all I have is second-hand info. What I've been told is that they have very low admission standards and will essentially take any idiot who applies.

I am thinking about attending Everest College in Colorado Springs.Can anyone give me any reviews on the school?
Can someone who has actually went there tell me anything about it?

That one in all those commercials? It sounds cheesy.
Answer 2 :
Why do you want to go to school there? Cause it is online? There are many many many other universities that offer online degrees such as Nebraska, Oklahoma University, Penn State, Washington State, Azusa Pacific University, Hope International University (the last 2 are private schools) All of these are regionally accrediated schools, check them out.

college on mountain in colorado springs?
my girlfriend wants us to go to a college in colorado springs that sits on a mountain but neither of us know what the name of it is. what is it called?

There isn't a college in Colorado Springs that's actually on a mountain. Colorado College is between Old Colorado City and Downtown. You might be thinking of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which is up on a hill and has a pretty good view of the city. And of course, the entire city is at the foot of the Rockies, particularly Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak.

There is Pikes Peak Community College, but it is not on Pikes Peak.

Admission to engineering college at Colorado State U

Admission to engineering college at Colorado State U?
I'm wondering what chances i have to get into the engineering college at CSU. I have about a 2.5GPA a little higher weighted and a 30 ACT. my GPA is low cause I've taken a lot of difficult classes. Should i maybe look into meeting with someone from the admissions office to like plead my case or something i really want to go to CSU for engineering!

Take a look at CSU's admission profile. Your GPA is certainly on the low side, in fact it is very low.
