I'm a high school student thinking about dropping out of my last year of high school to get my G.E.D. and attend this college but i was wondering if anyone has attended this school and has a opinion about it?

There are a few lawsuits against Westwood in Colorado. They also had a $7mil settlement for misrepresenting graduation statistics. Keep in mind that if you ever wanted to transfer to a community college or other institution, you would likely not be able to take any credits with you and would have to start from scratch. Find out what it is you want to do first. If it's one of the trades, ask people in management for that trade what schools they respect. If it's Westwood, go for it, but it might not be. For example, some criminal justice students have complained about that program - but Metro State offers a great CJ program. If you're just looking to go to college to find out what you want to do, you're far better off going to a community college. That way if you find you want to go to a four-year college, you'll be able to transfer credits and you won't have wasted any time or money.
