What do you think about Colorado College

What do you think about Colorado College?
For the past month I have been busy filling out applications to colleges and I have narrowed my choices down to three schools! #1 University of Denver, #2 The College of William and Mary, #3 Colorado College. I will be touring Colorado College next week and would like to hear other individuals opinions about how they perceive the school!?

Its quite prestigious and a very good education if you're willing to work for it. however make sure you take the block system into account. It is very very different than almost anywhere else, and for some people is a horrible way to learn. on the other hand if this works for you then like i said, its a wonderful place. beautiful campus, nice people (though c springs is quite conservative), and again, excellent education,(virtually) any grad school would take you

It is certainly one of the top liberal arts colleges in the country but in my opinion it is not enough to warrant the $35,844 per year tuition price tag that comes with it. This is even more true when you consider the cost at some of the better liberal arts colleges: Claremont McKenna, Williams and Barnard are all $37K. Davidson is $33K, Smiths and Harvey are $36K and Grinnel is only about $31K. The University of Denver is also over priced and offers no real Prestige outside of Colorado at undergraduate level. Granted it is a top 100 university and it is private but a better education can be had at the University of Colorado-Boulder. Personally I would aim for William & Mary and either scrap the other two or replace them with CU-Boulder or other top liberal arts colleges if that is what you have your eye on.

It is a very top-quality flagship university.
